Emergency Rental Assistance Program

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, New York State launched the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) to provide critical economic relief. Catholic Charities of New York partnered with Viney Group to swiftly create a strong go-to-market strategy.

Their mission: reach underemployed and unemployed Manhattan residents facing housing challenges. A dynamic street team was deployed, clad in eye-catching gear, spreading the word about ERAP's lifeline.

Through geotargeted print ads and digital campaigns, ERAP's message resonated throughout the city for over six weeks. Compelling video content on Catholic Charities' website shared touching stories of resilience, inspiring more to seek help.

The results were extraordinary. Families found relief, hope was restored, and a united community emerged. Together, they paved the way for a brighter tomorrow, proving that collective effort can overcome any crisis.
