MyCity Online Portal

In an ambitious project aimed at streamlining public services, the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation entrusted Viney Group with developing several key aspects of a new website portal, mycity.nyc.gov. This all-inclusive platform was designed to encompass a plethora of services that the City of New York offers its citizens, spanning Child Care to Career and Business Services.

Our role during the project's inception was multi-faceted and comprehensive. We were tasked with crafting web copy for the MyCity website, a process which required diligent research, techinical writing, meticulous copyediting, and scrupulous proofreading.

Our contributions didn't stop at the written word. We furthered our involvement by creating user-friendly instructional videos. These were designed to guide citizens in navigating the MyCity portal seamlessly, making it an accessible tool for all.

Simultaneously, we expanded our creative reach by designing impactful marketing collateral for Child Care Services, contributing to a well-rounded, user-centric experience for the citizens of New York.
